Welcome to the website of Aitas Group of Companies!
It has been over 20 years since the founding of Aitas in 1996. Since then,
Aitas has been transformed from one company into a vertically integrated holding
of 11 enterprises in the field of crop production, production and processing of
poultry meat, distribution, design and construction.
Over all these years, in work and in life, we have been guided by the values
adopted together with employees: sincerity, trust, drive, development, liberty and
responsibility. Today, the holding employs more than 2,500 people.
Aitas is distinguished by perseverance in achieving goals. In just three years,
we have built the Makinsk Poultry Farm, which is a benchmark of the world
poultry industry. This year we plan to explore the possibilities of entering new
markets, develop large projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars, such as
construction of new poultry farms in the south and east of Kazakhstan to enter the
markets of Central Asia and China.
I wish to point out that one of the priorities for Aitas is the development of
the regions where our enterprises operate – the city of Makinsk in Akmola Region,
the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kassym Kaissenov village, Verkh-Uba and
Sekisovka villages in East Kazakhstan Region. The tasks of preserving healthy
nature for future generations, improving the infrastructure and development of
above-mentioned settlements by the Holding are accomplished through the
Corporate Environmental Fund “Live Earth”.
We are working on improving the business in order to change the world and
make it better. The interests of our consumers, employees, and partners are the
guidelines that our daily work is aimed at. Every day we think about how to make
the hundreds of thousands of lives better. The year 2019 became special for us,
since we have come to recognize the meaning of business and reflected this in
the mission of the Company: PUBLIC SERVICE.
