From February 28th through March 2nd 2019, the city of Makinsk of Bulandy district hosted the 33rd Regional Winter Sports Festival. More than 600 sports amateurs representing seventeen districts of the region and cities of Kokshetau and Stepnogorsk took part in the games. The Festival held contests in winter sports, including competitive skiing, short-track, family sports, winter President’s multisport competition, indoor football, futsal, and sportive fishing.
Alexey Shevchenko, the director of the Makinsk Poultry Farm, said: “We were delighted to provide support to the event which contributes to the enhancement of the physical health and emotional uplift of both participants and sport fans. On behalf of all employees of MPF, I would like to extend our congratulations to the team of Bulandy district on their well-deserved victory!”
