Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm JSC (UKPF) is one of the largest Kazakhstani enterprise for poultry meat production. The Poultry farm transferred to Cross-308- the most balanced in terms of parent flock and broiler indicators less than two years ago.
This year, the persistent and purposeful team of broiler plant conquered two peaks of Club Ross 400*. The first plank was achieved in summer 2018- flock efficiency index over 130 thousands of beasts amounted to 408 points.
Being inspired with the success, experts from UKPF decided to achieve Club`s Gold level. Three months later UKPF team was awarded a Gold Certificate for achievement of 427 flock efficiency!
Impetuous results become possible thanks to the high professionalism of Aliya Bolatkhan, broiler production manager. Her team labors with patience each day to achieve high indicators, goes towards set aims at the same time overcoming challenges when growing birds under severely continental climate conditions.
When handing a certificate, Aliya Bolatkhan, broiler production manager of Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm JSC, notes as follows: «We are glad to enter Club Ross 400. Such results seemed empyreal and unobtainable for us only couple of years ago. We have been working with Ross birds for not very long time, but have already ascertained in its high genetic potential.
